50 minutes from the historic bastide town of Auch, D'Artagnan's seat, this house has not been lived in since 1955, and offers four rooms, loft space and a barn to do up, and sits in about 1,5 hectares of land on the edge of the Gers and the Tarn et Garonne.

At the end of the hallway a door opens to an open barn (12,3m x 4,7m).

Opposite to the entrance to the house, and to the right, is a garage with space for a car and for a work room.

Plans exist to construct a hangar (open sided large barn) behind the house.

The property is close to all shops and amenities, schools and doctors are 6km away, a golf course is 17km, and it is 50km from the railway station (TGV), just 20km from the motorway.
