This majestic part captivates because of its “bull’s-eye” window (2m of diameter) to the South and giving a view of the countryside, especially of the stream. The heater and hot water production are oil and the thermal insulation is ensured by double-glazed windows to the East. There is a septic tank for the drainage, which needs renewing. There are also two water services from the ancient mill, to the North. Floor is tiled everywhere except to the second floor, which is parquet. In the middle of the countryside, the village near Ocean is 5 mins. by car where you can find all shops and amenities (primary school, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket...)
