A gravel drive leads to the house, and then to the rear, where you find two garages as well as a horse box. On the first floor, to the right, you find a pretty, fitted and equipped kitchen of 15m² with a fireplace, and two large sliding windows. Opposite, you find a lovely reception room of 37m², with marble floor, divided into a living room of 25m² with fireplace, and a dining area of 12m². Large windows and French windows illuminate this room and open on to a south facing terrace. The sleeping area consists of two large bedrooms of 13m² each, one with French windows opening on to the terrace, the other with windows and fitted cupboards. Further down a small hallway you find a bathroom and separate wc. The hallway has fitted cupboards all the way along. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the ground floor. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, off which, to the right, is a room of 8m² (formerly the kitchen and laundry room), and to the left is a very large L shaped room of 25m², carpeted and currently used as a games room and office. Large French windows lead into the garden to the front of the house. This floor also has four bedrooms, a bathroom, separate wc and a laundry room, and staircase. The bedrooms are a good size, one of 15m², tiled with bay windows and wc, and which opens to the rear of the house, the other, more spacious (20m²), with carpeted floor, and the other two are 12m² and 11m² respectively. This large house would merit a general redecoration, but is very spacious, and its layout and position lends it to many different possibilities – two apartments, offices…. Outside, you find a lovely garden of 2,480m² complete with pond. The construction is traditional, the roof is tiled, the joinery wood, there is oil fired central heating to support the heat generated by the fireplaces, there is good thermal insulation, and there is a septic tank.
