When you land in the Dominican Republic at the picturesque Punta Cana international airport with its thatched roof, you are only fifteen minutes from Punta Perla.

Punta Perla will run its own rental office in the interest of investors in order to make a dream home into a dream investment. Two possibilities are offered : guaranteed rental returns of 8% or returns calculated on personal use of the property. Rental revenues of 8% up to 10 years.
* Rental returns are in fact guaranteed for 5 years, but are renewable by mutual consent up to 10 years maximum. Personal use of your property is authorised, in which case returns will be adjusted in consequence.
