It has a door leading to the third bedroom, and also has a french window that opens on a balcony. Included in this room is a small office leading also to the balcony by another french window. Depending on which room, there is either oak parquet flooring or original tiled floor. The house is on main drains, has oil fired central heating, and there is double glazing, anti-refraction, to the North of the house. The roof is tiled.
