It is South facing, and adjoins the dining room (10.66m2). A corridor (4m) leads to the bathroom (4m2), the WCs and 2 bedrooms (16m2 and 15m2), which are North facing. There is also a useful storeroom in which to tidy things away. The stairs finally lead up to the last floor, where an ‘L’ shaped corridor leads to all the attic rooms. The kitchen (10m2) faces north and joins onto the dining room (11.30m2). Across the corridor on the south side of the property, there are the WCs, the bathroom (4m2), and a small light bedroom (7.15m2) which looks out to the west. Another bedroom faces south above the garden, and there are 2 storerooms of 4m2. The ground and first floors have chestnut parquet flooring which is in very good condition. The parquet of the last floor is not such good quality, and indeed this whole level could do with some refurbishment. The house is of traditional build, and the heating and hot water production are electric plus there are the 3 fireplaces.
