It boasts a south facing terrace offering marvellous views of the Pyrenean mountain chain. The entrance, to the south of the house, is overlooked by an oak beamed balcony. You first find yourself in an entrance hall of 9m², off which is the fitted kitchen of 12m² to the south east. A hallway leads off to the northern part of the house, and to the left of the entrance hall you find the dining room and the living room which face south and west. This latter room (32m²) has a fireplace, and opens on to the covered terrace. Going back to the entrance hall, and through the kitchen you find the cellar / storage room of 7m². A door then opens into the large garage of 38m². Off the hallway, which has large fitted cupboards, you find a bathroom and a separate wc, then a bedroom of 11m², north west facing. The entire ground floor is tiled. A staircase constructed in elmwood takes you to the first floor landing, off which you find a bathroom and wc (6m²), then, to your right, a lovely bedroom in the eaves of 9m², with built in cupboards and south facing, and to the north east, there is attic space of 10m² for storage. Then, a hallway leads off to the west of the property, and another bedroom of 10m² facing north, and, opposite, a fourth bedroom of 10m², facing south, fitted with large cupboards, and opening on to the balcony (1m x 3m) offering grand views of the surrounding countryside. To the extreme west of the house you find a further 15m² of attic space, either offering more storage, or the potential to extend the two last bedrooms. With the exception of the bathroom and the loft spaces, the entire first floor is carpeted. The carpentry of this house is traditional, the roof is ‘canal’ tiles, heating and hot water are grace of an oil fired boiler, and there is a septic tank. A bus stop is just opposite the house (there is a primary school in the village). Shops and schools are no more than 10 minutes away.
