Our nearest town, Les Eyzies de Tayac, is the world centre for pre-history and the surrounding caves hold the greatest concentration of pre-historic art on the planet. The property is currently organised into a high-quality gite complex with the owner's house located within its own grounds giving privacy, but allowing easy contact with guests when required. The three self-catering gites are fully booking during summer months and provide a good rental income. Purchasers could expect to improve on the current rental income if they wished to extend the rental season. Inside and downstairs, there is a spacious and airy sitting/dining area (11.5 x 5.5m) with stone floor, fireplace and wood-burning stove and satellite TV, an attractive and fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area (6 x 4m), a pretty double bedroom and a bathroom/wc. Upstairs, there are double and twin bedrooms with exposed wood beams and a shower room/wc. Electric wall heaters are installed throughout the property. Outside, there is a courtyard/eating area covered with vines, a private fenced garden with a stream, barbecue and secure parking.
