The land opposite the house will inspire you to do a multitude of activities: there’s a marina, boat rides, walks in the mountains, restaurants, private beach, etc… The construction of this property is of a unique quality, with an actual stairway manually crafted into the rock! On the ground floor, you enter through the garage (140m2) with an extra kitchen. A staircase leads up to the garden level where there’s an office (12m2), 3 bedrooms (12.5m2 each), a living/dining room and adjoining fitted kitchen (47m2). The hot water is electric, and there’s good insulation with double ceilings. The window frames are in rosewood (very resistant); there’s a septic tank for the drainage, and a well increases the permanent water supply and is used for watering the garden. You will also be the owner of an electric transformer which is able to supply 20 extra houses. This property is north facing, with a superb view over the French bay. It is entirely enclosed by stone walls (45cm each stone) making it very private. You will appreciate the low taxes (habitation and fonciere together) of 60 Euros a year!
