Looking up, you will see that the mezzanine to the North has a long corridor leading to the first bedroom opposite. The style is very aerial. To the first floor, there are two bedrooms with exposed beams and Velux windows, and separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has an old door leading to the mezzanine corridor. There is a very nice oak parquet floor in the main room; the kitchen floor is tiled and the first bedroom has fitted carpet. The first floor, is completely parquet flooring. The house is on main drains, and has oil fired central heating. Double-glazed windows throughout. This very atypical villa; not completely finished; some redecoration needed. It is situated in a small village and is close to all shops and amenities.
