The construction is traditional, the roof is tiled (partly renovated), heating and hot water need to be installed, the windows are wood framed and single glazed, and there is a septic tank up to current standards. The property is close to all shops, banks and schools, and faces south, enjoying views from its mature grounds of 1400 m² with its own well.
