It is conveniently situated close to all amenities.
The front door opens into an entrance hall of 10m², in which an office / study space has been created. To your left, you find a bedroom of 26m². To your right, you find the dining room of 30m² with a fireplace fitted with an ‘insert’ – glass fronted, fitted and vented wood burner – a very attractive and efficient form of heating.
Continuing on, you find another bedroom of 10m² with washing facilities and a wc.

It is just 8 minutes from Castelnau/Magnoac, 16 minutes from Boulogne sur Gesse, 15 minutes from Lannemezan and the motorway, 45 minutes from Tarbes, 1hr 10 min from Lourdes, 1 hour from Spain, and from the lower ski slopes, 1hr 30mins from Pau (Ryanair, Transavia, Air France), and in the other direction from Toulouse (Easyjet, Flybe, Aer Lingus, other International flights), 2hrs 40mins from Biarritz, and from the Atlantic beach resorts, and 2hrs 30mins from the Mediterranean.
