A landing opens on to the main bedroom (20m²) with fitted wardrobe, and a second bedroom of 15m² excluding eave space. There is also a shower room (3m²) and a wc. There is still more space in the eaves to create further accommodation. From the kitchen, on the ground floor there is access to the garage (30m²), and to two doors which lead into the empty room currently divided into two for various storage. Whilst the garden stretches around the house, the bulk of it is in front, so it would be possible to install a small swimming pool. The construction is traditional and the workmanship is good. The roof is slate, the joinery is PVC double glazing. There is electric and aérothermie heating (reversible heating/air-conditioning) , and an open fire could be put in the sitting room if so desired.
